We’re Fleur Fauna
At Fleur Fauna, we understand the impact that losing a member of your family has. We are here to make taking the next step as easy for you as possible in this difficult time, and ensure your pet is treated with the love and respect you have given them their whole life.
We are a small, lovingly run pet crematorium and pride ourselves on only ever offering a one to one service, bespoke to your individual wishes for your pet.
Fleur Fauna is open to anyone, near or far. We offer a service to collect your pet and return them safely back home to you.
Rest assured we only provide individual pet cremations. Every pet is unique and we treat your beloved family member with the utmost respect and ensure they receive a truly personal farewell. This way, you can be sure the ashes you receive are truly your pet’s, keeping that special bond intact and honouring their memory with care and respect.

Choose what’s best for you
Once you’ve called us, Natasha or James will be able to answer any questions you may have. We’ll be able to discuss the best time for you to bring your pet to us, or we can arrange to collect them from you or your vet.
We’ll meet you and your pet at the agreed time and place

At this time, we will take care of all of the paperwork together so there is nothing left to do when your pet is returned home.

We’ll take care of your pet like it was our own
We will care for your pet with the same love, attention and dedication as if they were part of our own family. Your pet will have privacy and we will treat them with the kindness and respect they deserve.

It’s time to bring your pet home where they belong
Once your pet is ready to come home, we will call you to arrange a time for you to collect or for us to bring them to you or your vet.
Natasha and James are the compassionate hearts behind Fleur Fauna, a pet crematorium that offers more than just a service. It is a special space ensuring your beloved companion is honoured and treated with dignity and respect just as we would treat our own beloved pets.
Natasha is a trained counsellor with a special focus on bereavement and James, a qualified animal care assistant.
Understanding the profound grief that accompanies the loss of a pet, they bring empathy and support to every interaction, helping you navigate this emotional journey with care and understanding.
They blend their passion for animals and expertise in grief counselling to provide a personalised service, creating a lasting tribute to the unconditional love your pet has brought into your life.
They will offer a listening ear and guide you through the farewell process ensuring that your experience of saying goodbye to your pet is marked by compassion, sensitivity, and reverence.

We provide an array of different caskets and memorial products to honour your pet in your way. We also offer complimentary wooden name engraving and more - we’re here to help you at anytime.
As part of our ongoing care, Natasha offers all Fleur Fauna clients a complimentary 50-minute counselling session.
This space is there if you need support. There is no obligation, only an open invitation
Whilst we try to answer questions you may have, please rest assured this is a bespoke service for you and your pet and we will do all we can to assist you in your wishes

Cremating your pet allows you to keep them close to you, something that has always been immensely important for us.

We can cremate small, loved animals all the way up to the largest of dogs.

Of course, we are here to help you in this difficult time whatever your needs.

We can collect your pet and also return them back home to you. We offer free collection or return of your pet within the first 15 miles of our crematorium.
We are always happy to travel beyond this. There is a small charge of £1.25 per mile, helping us continue to provide a caring and reliable service when you need it most.
We can also collect from your vet to make things as easy as possible for you.

Yes you can bring your pet to us and you can collect them.
We are happy to return your pet back home even if you decide to bring them to us, either way we will work around what's best for you.

Your pet will be treated with the utmost respect and care.

Upon your arrival we will greet you and discuss your requirements in our Room of Rest, you can have as much time as you wish with your pet and ask as many questions as you like.

You can collect or we can return to you or your vet, we are with you every step of the way so decisions can be made at the time depending on how you are feeling.

If you wish to spread the ashes of your then a scatter tube is best suited.
If you wish to keep the ashes then a casket.
Of course, you can have both.

Often we can have your pet back home with you in just a day or two.

You can pay by credit, debit card or cash when you bring your pet to us (or when we collect).
You can pay by bank transfer ahead of your pets cremation.
We will ask you your preference when we are on the phone.
If you are eligible, we are able to offer a payment link that has the option of Klarna/Clear Pay. Please note we are not affiliated with Klarna/Clear P ay, and your option to use them is based on their credit checks and criteria.

We are a small crematorium and pride ourselves in offering a one to one service. Only one pet will be with us at any time. A log of your pet is recorded whist with us so we can assure you only your pet will be returned to you.

She treated Milo with such tenderness and respect, as if he were her own. Every detail was handled with love and compassion, and it brought me so much comfort knowing he was in such kind hands. When I received his ashes back, everything was presented so thoughtfully — it truly felt like a final act of love for my best friend.
